Vacation rental site Vacasa recently released their annual ranking of the top waterfront destinations by cap rate. Among their findings, they found that 36% of travelers booked vacation homes for upcoming spring trips (up from 30% in 2022), and 48% of travelers surveyed are planning to visit a waterfront destination.
