The U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis is reporting that America’s real gross domestic product increased in 39 states and DC in Q1 2024, with the percent change ranging from 5% at an annual rate in Idaho to –4.2% in South Dakota. In addition, personal income increased in all 50 states and DC, with the percent change ranging from 9.5% at an annual rate in South Carolina to 0.6% in North Dakota.
