According to the U.S. Department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics, total nonfarm payroll employment changed little in November, 2025 and has shown little net
change since April. November’s unemployment rate came in at 4.6%. In addition, the report says employment rose in health care and construction in November, while federal government continued to lose jobs.
