The U.S. government is reporting that total construction spending in November, 2023 was at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of $2,050.1 billion, which is 0.4% higher than October’s revised estimate and 11.3% higher than one year ago. Residential construction came in at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of $896.8 billion in November, which is 1.1% higher than October’s revised estimate.
