According to the latest Yardi Matrix Multifamily Report, the average U.S. multifamily rent was $1,733 (up $6) in May, 2024. Year-over-year growth was unchanged at 0.6%. Yardi says May’s multifamily performance was a mixed bag, reflecting the balance of conditions in the market. Indeed…
