Rental information site Zumper recently released their latest monthly National Rent Report showing that their median national rent for 1-bedroom apartments in April, 2022 was $1,410 (an all-time high), up 13.2% year-over-year and the median two-bedroom rent was $1,746 up 14.6%, year-over-year.
