Rental information site Zumper recently released their latest monthly National Rent Report for February, 2024. According to their data, median rent for 1-bedroom apartments was $1,482 (down 0.9%) and $1,837 (down 0.5%) for two-bedrooms. Be sure to check out their list of the top 100 metro areas.
“With record apartment supply hitting the U.S. market, renters have more options to choose from so property owners are even more incentivized to retain tenants since units may sit empty for longer in current conditions…” Said Zumper CEO Anthemos Georgiades.
