CoreLogic’s HPI Says Home Prices Up 3.3% in March

According to the latest CoreLogic Home Price Insights (HPI) report, home prices nationwide, including distressed sales, increased 20.9% year-over-year in March.  On a month-over-month basis, home prices increased by 3.3% in March compared with February.  CoreLogic’s  HPI Forecast predicts home prices will increase on a year-over-year basis by 5.9% from March 2022 to April 2023.
