Foreclosure Starts Hit Lowest Level on Record in February


Foreclosure starts hit their lowest level on record in February, this according to Black Knight’s latest “first look” report.   Foreclosure starts fell 25% in January hitting their lowest level on record since Black Knight began reporting it in January 2000.  In addition, they report that the national foreclosure rate fell to 0.45% in February, the lowest level since 2005 (within one basis point of an all-time low).
