Do you get an adrenaline rush from real estate investing?

How often do you wish you could get a better deal on the houses that you find?  Are you frustrated by the ones you don’t close?

What if there was a juicy secret weapon you could use to close more deals, get a higher rate of return and make negotiating your new favorite past time?

There is a little-known secret…a stock pile of it that can be leveraged to get anything you want really.

This has been written about many times for true success in business.  In fact it was included as 1 of the 12 chapters in Napoleon Hill’s renowned business book, Think and Grow Rich.

It is your sexual energy.

No, you didn’t read that wrong…your sexual energy can help you increase sales, returns on investments, negotiations etc.

Told you it was juicy.

Your sexual energy is your most powerful physical energy.  What most people don’t know is that it is also the same source for your charismatic energy and your creative energy.

Therefore, tapping into this will allow you to garner trust, have people seek you out, consider options they wouldn’t have previously and it will also allow you to spark some creative ways to achieve your goals in real estate investments.

What’s more using this energy through the creative expression will open you up to your genius.

What that means is there are innovative ways you could be investing in real estate, deals that you hadn’t considered, partnerships that could be forged, new marketing techniques you should try or spin off opportunities that are right there for the taking however, because most people haven’t developed this link, they are not able to access this higher level of creative thinking.

The problem is, most people get caught up in the judgements and negative patterns around using it.  How many times have you held back saying what you really wanted to because you were worried about what people would think?

How many times have you not asked for what you actually wanted on a sale or deal because you didn’t want to be seen as too greedy?

Or perhaps you get the flashes of great ideas but your mind immediately makes you think they are crazy ideas so you don’t follow through on it because you don’t want to be told it’s a crazy idea.

However, it could be the creative option you need to get out of the situation you are in.  It could be the creative solution you have been asking for.

So now that you have in insight into this juicy solution…how are you going to access it?

First step is to be honest about your reaction to what I have said.  Are you completely closed down, think it is improper, mad, frustrated, embarrassed, intrigued…whatever it is.

List what you are hearing as you read it.  Write it out.

Then challenge those ideas.  Is that what you really think?  Are those the beliefs of other people?

Next, answer these three sets of questions:

  1. Think of the last time you had a truly fun time in real estate? What made it fun?
  2. When was the last time you felt truly powerful in negotiations? Why did you feel so powerful?
  3. What was your favorite experience either with a sexual partner or flirting with someone you were interested in? Why was it your favorite experience?

The reasons you listed for the ‘why’ in the three questions above are the keys to how you can tap into your sexual energy.

How can you show up more like that person in those exchanges?

If you truly take the time to answer these questions in written form and review what you have written, you can start to unravel some of the ways you can leverage this most powerful energy.
