The latest S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Price NSA Index reported a -0.5% annual decrease for May, 2023. Their 10-City Composite decreased 1% and their 20-City Composite decreased 1.7%, year-over-year. However, their U.S. National Index posted a 1.2% month-over-month increase in May, while the 10-City and 20-City Composites both posted slight increases.
