Building Materials Prices Up in May


The NAHB’s Eye on Housing is reporting that, according to the latest Producer Price Index, the prices of goods used in residential construction increased 0.6% in May.  In addition, they say May marks only the fourth monthly increase in the past 12 months in the price index for residential construction inputs.
